14 days free, on either plan. When the trial starts you’ll be asked for a payment method, but nothing is charged during the 14 days. If you don’t cancel, the plan you chose starts when the trial ends. The trial is offered once per Apple account, Google account or Subvio account (on the website). On iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged; on Android and on the website, any time before it ends.
On iPhone, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the same price and for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. On Android, payment is charged to your Google Play account, and on the website it is made by card, through Stripe; there too, the subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel it before the end of the current period, which you can do at any time. Use of Premium is governed by the Subvio Terms of Use and Apple’s standard EULA.
How to cancel your subscription
On iPhone
- Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.Settings[your name]Subscriptions
- Choose Subvio from the list.
- Tap “Cancel Subscription” and confirm. Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
On Android
- Open Google Play and tap your profile picture.Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions

- Tap “Cancel subscription” and follow the steps. Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
On the website
- Open Subvio on the website, at subvio.ventora-apps.com.SettingsSubscription
- Cancel your subscription and confirm. Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription from the App Store or Google Play. There, payment is handled by Apple or Google, so you can only cancel in their settings. If you paid on the website, deleting your account cancels the subscription automatically.
