Subvio Terms of Use

1What Subvio is

Subvio helps you keep track of your subscriptions: how much you spend each month and each year, when payments are coming up and what you no longer use. Subvio is an informational tool: it does not connect to your bank and does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

The amounts and dates shown are the ones you enter. Currency conversions are indicative.

2Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Subvio.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for letting us know if you suspect that someone is using your account.
• Please use an email address you have access to, so that you receive information about your account.

3Acceptable use

Do not use Subvio to break the law, to try to access other users’ data or to interfere with the operation of the app.

4Subvio Premium

• The price is 19.99 RON per month or 149.99 RON per year, and you see it before you buy. On the App Store and Google Play, the price is shown in your country’s currency.
• Subvio Premium offers a free trial period of 14 days, under the conditions displayed when the subscription is activated. For subscriptions purchased on the website, the user is asked for a payment method but is not charged during the trial period.
• The trial period is granted only once per Apple account, Google account or Subvio account (for payment on the website).
• If the subscription is not cancelled before the free period expires, it automatically converts into a paid subscription, at the price and billing frequency selected and communicated before activation.
• The user may cancel the subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
• Consumers benefit from the statutory rights of withdrawal and refund provided by applicable law. The free trial period does not replace or restrict these rights.
• On iPhone, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically, at the same price and for the same period, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within the last 24 hours of the period. To avoid being charged for the trial, cancel it at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage and cancel the subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• On Android, payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically, at the same price and for the same period, unless you cancel it before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel the subscription in Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• On the website, you pay by card, through Stripe, and payment is collected by Ventora Systems SRL. The prices of Subvio services are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. Any applicable taxes are determined and presented in accordance with the relevant tax legislation before the payment is confirmed. The invoice is issued through SmartBill. The subscription renews automatically, at the same price and for the same period, unless you cancel it before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel the subscription in Subvio on the website, under Settings → Subscription.
• If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• For payments through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are requested from Apple or Google respectively, under their rules. For payments on the website, see the section “Right of withdrawal and refunds”.

5Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers who purchase digital services through the platforms operated by Ventora Systems SRL have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, under the conditions and with the exceptions provided by applicable law.

Where the consumer expressly requests that the provision of the service begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and subsequently validly exercises this right, Ventora Systems SRL may retain the proportionate amount corresponding to the services actually provided, only under the conditions permitted by law.

In the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost if the legal conditions regarding express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and confirmation of the contract are cumulatively met.

Refunds due under the law will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal time limit, as a rule using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Cancelling a subscription prevents its renewal for future periods, without affecting the consumer’s statutory rights of withdrawal, refund or remedy.

6Support and warranties

Support for Subvio is provided by Ventora Systems, not by Apple or Google. Write to us at support@ventorasystems.com.

7Intellectual property

Subvio and the app’s name, icon and design belong to Ventora Systems SRL. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app, under these terms and, if you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple’s EULA.

8Liability

Subvio helps you decide, but the decision is yours. We are not liable if the data entered is incorrect or if a reminder does not arrive because of your phone settings or a temporary outage. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for Premium in the last 12 months.

9Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms after notifying you, except in serious cases.

10Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting your consumer rights in the country where you live. When we change them, we will let you know in the app. Questions: support@ventorasystems.com.
