2Using the website

You may use the website to learn about Ventora apps, to write to us and to request access. Please do not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to parts of the website or our systems;
• send illegal or misleading content or unsolicited messages through the forms;
• copy the website’s content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

3Intellectual property

The texts, the design, the Ventora logo, and the names and icons of the apps belong to Ventora Systems SRL or are used under licence. You may quote or share them with a reference to the source, but you may not modify them or use them as if they were your own.

4Information about the apps

The descriptions of apps marked “Coming soon” show what we are building now. Features, prices and launch dates may change until launch.

5Links to other websites

The website contains links to external services, for example the App Store. We are not responsible for the content or rules of these services.

6Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate and the website available, but we cannot guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of the website.
